The company was founded in 1866 by Louis Turchiarella and in the respect of the local traditions has always improved its production process based on quality, developing a vast and varied assortment of baked goods.
Our company was born and developed in the area of Orta Nova, a pleasant town located in the Tavoliere delle Puglie, in the area of the "Five Royal Sites" , where, until a few years ago, the economy was exclusively formed by the activities of pastoral and agricultural.
The visceral relationship with the land has meant that our company, although supported by the innovations and adjustments in technology and as the market required, both remained anchored to the old flavours that the artisans of times gone by have handed down from generation to generation.
Thanks to the passion for this ancient job, today the company has approximately 50 references of bakery products ranging from Cookies to milk up to the typical "SCALDATELLI" or the tasty "marzipans.ö the wines came" (a typical local product) in both the short and the long-term conservation, without the aid of any chemicals.
