Why I suggest Endrizzi Sauvignon Trentino DOC 2016
Sauvignon Blanc Endrizzi, historical grape variety of French origin preserves in itself a great personality. Wine, the peculiarity of which is on the nose is complex and aromatic. The Sauvignon Mason Endrizzi is the Cru of the line in white, with lively and fresh.
The Sommelier: The Sauvignon Trentino DOC, a straw yellow colour and greenish reflections, consistent with the degree of alcohol upper-middle-12,50 %vol. On the nose a perfume of leaf of pepper, mint, elderberry, gooseberry; On the palate the flavor recalls the odour, slightly aromatic, excellent acidity, and it flows in freshness, with good persistence.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with raw fish, mollusks; crustaceans; aperitif with parma ham and alpine cheeses; vegetarian Dishes: salads of tomatoes, peppers, salads, a selection of fresh fruit. Excellent on risotto with seafood, asparagus, artichokes, linguine with lobster.
Uncork and serve with no parsimony at a temperature of 8 °C. in a chalice, Tulip.
