Barolo is known for its need to stay for a decade or more, however there has been a tendency to move towards a slightly earlier accessibility while maintaining a high quality.
Characteristics of the Nebbiolo di Barolo wine:
Barolo DOCG Piedmontese wine produced from Nebbiolo grapes, big on the nose, very shy with many hours of settling it triples! With even more air in the glass, show off the rosemary, thyme and red cherries. Small floral touch and terracotta dipped in the last glass. This Scavini shines on the palate, a sensational tannic boost and acid boost that bring the flavors (herbs, licorice, dried red cherries) to a long finish.
