Which materialize in the decision to vinify only native vines, using the iconic and historical varieties of Piedmont: Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cortese and Moscato.
Characteristics of the Nebbiolo red wine:
Barolo DOCG Palas di Michele Chiarlo the Barolo with a medium garnet color, on the nose a delicate scent of oak, wet earth, blackcurrant, tobacco. The palate has more cherry and powdery plum with a leathery twinge. Gravelly tannins accommodating and refreshing by means of acidity. The Barolo DOCG Palas wine lacks mid-palate despite being long lasting, a fun wine to drink.
