Why I suggest Palás Gavi DOCG 2023
Michele Chiarlo has a precise idea of wine: large bottles are born from meticulous and constant attention to every aspect of production. Meticulous, fair times, never rushed or late. Thanks to a constant presence in the vineyards combined with experience, analysis and meticulous tasting of the grapes in the field, the selection of bunches and the manual harvest.
Characteristics of the wine white Cortese:
Gavi DOCG Palas di Michele Chiarlo il Cortese in purity, straw yellow color, clear white wine, fruity, good acidity / flavor balance. Well-defined aromas of lime, peach, chamomile. This is a softer and more rounded Gavi, the nose still has the classic Gavi tones with grass, citrus and minerals but it's like there's a flower nearby. The palate is also clean with acidity, but somewhat mellowed and a touch more full-bodied. Still very clean and crunchy on the finish; "A gavi who thinks it's an arneis".
Recommended pairings:
Palás Gavi DOCG 2023 Michele Chiarlo crustaceans, fish courses, appetizers and snacks; Romagna piadina with cold cuts and cheeses,
Uncork Palás Gavi DOCG 2023 Michele Chiarlo and serve at a temperature of 10 - 12 ° C in a Renano glass.
