Why I suggest Roero Rosso Bric Valdiana DOCG 2021
Giovanni Almondo is the Roero who by far has conquered our curiosity the most. The undergrowth, the violet and a juicy and elegant pulp are just some of the typical Nebbiolo markers that we find in this wine. Communicate great desire to make good wine and wine accessible to all. We say that the vine is among those that we appreciate besides the way of working vines and grapes. This is the right way for us.
Sommelier:
Wine Bric Valdiana Roero DOCG 2021 Giovanni Almondo of great balance. Bouquet with notes of red fruit, violet and vanilla, dried flowers and undergrowth. Fine spice and menthol, medicinal herbs. On the palate great harmony, everything comes back a little. Very pleasant, tasty, excellent structure. Fresh, with intense and noble tannins, sapid and mineral, persistent taste, overbearing tannins after several hours of oxygenation.
