Why I suggest Arneis Roero DOCG 2022
Excellent value, vineyard facing south planted in 1999. Sandy soil, fermentation of stainless steel and aged for 6 months. Notes: Thin, light, smooth.
Sommelier:
The beautiful bright yellow wine, slightly denser, slightly glycerine in its appearance, appears lively, slightly stringy in taste. The nose of the wine detached only after a while, the floral tones and fleeting impression of young notes with a slightly greenish character. Very recognizable dairy tones. In terms of taste, a nice touch of white melon and a typical Italian bitterness.
Suggested pairings:
Perfect Arneis Roero DOCG Mauro Molino for enhancing seafood; on appetizers or first courses based on fish; with artichokes; asparagus, battered and fried zucchini; courgette flowers; typical cheeses; Fresh fruit or drunk without food ... perfect.
Uncork Arneis Roero DOCG 2022 Mauro Molino and serve at 10-12 ° C in a Renano glass.
