Colore giallo paglierino con leggera effervescenza e inebrianti profumi di frutta a pasta gialla, sentori di erbe e nocciole; in bocca fresco e minerale, pesca e mela; finale amarognolo che rilascia al palato superiore una sacca d'aria erbacea.
