Why I suggest Mirandola Bio Arneis Langhe DOC
Delicious wine, not too dry. Arneis comes from the hillside vineyards in the municipality of Rodello at 430 mlm. Soil tending to clay, fertile but very loose. A beautiful sun on the wine terrace.
The Sommelier: 100% Arneis from Piedmont. Notes of apple, pineapple, pear, peach, acacia blossom, hazelnut and a little spice. Good body, oily, medium acidity.
Recommended pairings: Excellent with risotto with artichokes; Appetizers of asparagus, courgette flowers; Fish, shellfish and delicate cheeses.
Uncork and serve at 13 ° C in a Renano glass.
