Why I suggest Barbaresco DOCG 2022

In itself, the Giribaldi winery is synonymous with guarantee and this 2006 barbaresco does not disappoint. Pleasant aromas on the nose but what is most appreciated is the "cleanliness" that is felt on the palate.

The Sommelier: This barbaresco comes from the hills of Neive, quite intense on the nose, discrete complexity, where rose hips and a subtle spice of cinnamon intertwine. On the palate it is balanced with a nice, soft tannin that accompanies a simple and discreet drink. Satisfy without excelling.

Recommended pairings: Orecchiette from Bari with meat sauce; braised meat, grilled sausages; side dish of Treviso radicchio and scottona hamburger.
