Why I recommend Lambrusco Dolce
A sweet Lambrusco wine fermented using the Charmat method. A wine that everyone can agree on. The pleasant sweet and fruity note of Lambrusco whets the appetite. An excellent aperitif, it excels in elegance. Avoid leaving your fridge alone.
Characteristics of Lambrusco Dolce Remigio
An excellent quality wine, red in color, sparkling with a light foam. Fresh and fruity aroma. Acidulous flavor with excellent freshness, the liveliness and sweet note make it pleasantly drinkable. Low alcohol content, 9.00% vol.
Recommended pairings and serving guidelines

Uncork immediately and serve at 8-10°C in a Burgundy glass.
Winery
Ca’ de Medici winery, founded in 1911 by Remigio Medici, is now in its fourth generation. The founder, following his sudden death, left the business to his eldest son, Regolo, aged 21. Remigio began to focus on the production and sale of bottled Lambrusco.
