Why the winemaker recommends Lambrusco Cuvée Metodo Charmat
L'Osteria Lambrusco Reggiano has a sweet flavor, resulting from the fermented must of Ancellotta grapes. Charmat fermentation makes it sparkling and pleasantly drinkable, adapting to every discerning palate. Keep a good supply in your cellar, and your dinners will never be boring again.
