Lambrusco Cuvée Charmat Method L'Osteria Caprari Ca' De' Medici, top quality Lambrusco grown in Reggio Emilia, wine with a great purplish-ruby red colour, fermented in autoclave. The sparkling wine has an excellent evanescent foam. Slightly acidic taste makes it fresh and young, the thickness of the wine makes it pleasantly drinkable and with good persistence. Low alcohol content 8.00% vol.
