Wine Dosage 15 Lambrusco Grasparossa Dry and sincere, sparkling with the Martinotti method, it is light and sparkling on the palate. Excellent aromas of sweet violet and red fruit (cherry, blackberry), dry, round in the mouth, a moderate tannic component and the right alcohol content 11.00% vol.

Zamponi and cotechini, typical salami: Bolognese mortadella, shoulder, bacon; Burgundian snails; Artichoke and asparagus omelettes, savory pies, tomato tortelli, egg pasta, duck tagliatelle, Milanese risottos; Mixed boiled meats, Roasted white meats, Beef stew; Baked mullet, trout meunière, stewed baby squid, octopus salad.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a Tulipano glass.
