Why I suggest Il matto delle Giuncaie 2021

There are some surprises on the first taste. Initially, dark fruits, licorice and oak spices took me by surprise. The normal order was restored after a while when the cherry characters emerged, although some darker notes are still present. I would say that the acidity is moderate and the tannins are very soft, the finish is dry and chalky. Lapping with spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce.

Sommelier:
