Malvasia lunga del Chianti vineyard from the Pinone vineyard; Harvest done by hand, fermentation and maturation 1 year in oak barrels.

Sommelier:

Amber color with golden reflections. Penetrating and ethereal bouquet with notes of dried fruit, spices and jam. Soft taste thanks to its sugar content but at the same time fresh, supported by excellent acidity. With a good structure, pleasant to drink even as a meditation wine.

Recommended pairings:

With seasoned and blue cheeses; Tuscan pâté and fois gras; puddings and chocolate; ideal for the end of the meal.

Uncork Dolci Ricordi 2012 and serve at a temperature of 14 - 16 °C. in Chardonnay glasses.
