This artisanal London Dry Gin is produced in full compliance with the London Dry Gin specifications, through bain-marie distillation in a hand-hammered copper still.
The neutral grain alcohol is delicately flavored thanks to a dedicated basket containing eleven selected botanicals. Among the most important are:
- Juniper berries
- Coriander
- Angelica
- Bitter orange
- Bergamot
The result is a fresh, elegant, and harmonious gin, in which the classic resinous notes of juniper blend perfectly with citrus nuances, creating a balanced and modern aromatic profile.
Designed primarily for mixing with tonic water, it is ideal for preparing Gin and Tonics, Negronis, Martinis, and numerous classic and contemporary cocktails. Also excellent as an aperitif, served neat with ice and a slice of lime or lemon to enhance its freshness.
Tasting Notes
The nose reveals fresh notes of juniper and Mediterranean citrus, accompanied by light spicy nuances. On the palate, it is soft, balanced, and clean, with an elegant and persistent finish that recalls citrus sensations.
