Lambrusco from Reggio Emilia and Modena, a wine of excellent workmanship and organoleptic characteristics. A varietal composition of native vines: Lambrusco Salamino, Ancellotta and Grasparossa. Rich in aromas that inebriate the sense of smell, ranging through the scents of red fruits, the Lambrusco Albinea Canali vinified partially in steel, continues the production process with the nineteenth-century method, the ancestral natural one, designed to enhance the characteristics of the grape and subsequent refermentation in bottles without disgorgement. The bottles of this particularly sparkling wine, being a completely natural method, are constantly evolving and transforming and each bottle is unique.
Characteristics of Albinea Canali Ottocentonero sparkling red wine
Sparkling red wine from Lambrusco di Reggio Emilia and Modena. An excellent selection of three vines, the perfect ripening of the bunches produced a wine with an intense red color and purple reflections. Bubbly and sparkling with evanescent foam. Varied aroma of which Lambrusco is rich, black cherry and very ripe strawberry prevail, followed by a note of bread crust, a characteristic acquired during fermentation with the Ancestral Method, combined with hints of blueberries. Dry, slightly sweet, dry flavour. The inviting smell makes it pleasantly drinkable, excellent alcohol content 11.50% vol.
