Why I suggest Prosecco Rosé Brut
Glera with a minimum% of Pinot Noir, gives a degree of Brut dryness, excellent bright color and lively aroma; a creamy climax on the palate. Bravo Zago!
Sommelier:
Glera grape variety with Pinot Noir. Salmon pink color, medium perfumed, very light citrus notes. The body is not too light, with an expected touch of apple and strawberry, combined with creamy hints. Light pomegranate kick, it's on the back that leads to a dry and sober finish. Definitely an excellent proposal.
