Sommelier:
Soft, mineral, bitter peach peel, some "sweet fruits" mix tone to the nose. Well balanced with flattened mineral flavor and yellow plum acidity. Persistent, refreshing, strawberry tones on the finish. Overall very nice.

Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Ca' Tullio with peritifs, grilled white meats; Grilled fish; Soft cheese, sweet meats.
