Why I recommend Prosecco Brut Rosé Millesimato
Glera with a minimum% of Pinot Noir gives a degree of Brut dryness, excellent bright pink color, lively aroma, a creamy climax on the palate. Bravo Zago.
Sommelier:
Glera grapes with the addition of 15% of Pinot Noir. Salmon pink color, strawberry and raspberry scent together with very light citrus notes. The body is not too light with the expected touch of apple and strawberry combined with creamy hints. Light pomegranate kick and back that leads to a dry and understated finish. Definitely an excellent proposals.
Recommended combinations:
Seafood and land appetizers; Risotto with artichokes, with asparagus; Linguine with clams; Tagliolini in duck broth; Parmesan cheese and Emilian cured meats.
Uncork Prosecco Brut Rosé Millesimato and serve at a temperature of 11-12 ° C in a Tulipano glass.
Cellar:
Winemakers for five generations. Vines of Glera grapes as autochthonous belonging to this territory particularly suitable from the morphological point of view for the creation of Prosecco.… Go to the sheet
