Lambrusco rosé wine from Reggio Emilia and Modena, a varietal composition of two native vines: Lambrusco di Sorbara and Grasparossa, rich in aromas that inebriate the sense of smell ranging through multiple hints of fruit, vinified with the nineteenth-century method, the ancestral, designed to enhance the specific characteristics of the grape and with subsequent refermentation in the bottle without disgorgement. The bottles of this particularly sparkling wine, being a completely natural method, are constantly evolving and transforming and each bottle is unique.
Characteristics of Albinea Canali Ottocentorosa sparkling wine
An excellent selection of vines, the perfect maturation of the bunches of Lambrusco di Sorbara and Grasparossa, vinified in white, produced a deep rosé wine with evident purple reflections. Varied aroma, of which Lambrusco is rich and blackberry, very ripe cherry prevails, followed by a note of bread crust, a characteristic acquired during fermentation with the ancestral method, combined with hints of blueberries. Taste not very sweet, dry and dry. The inviting smell makes it pleasantly drinkable, excellent alcohol content 11.00% vol.
