Characteristics of the sparkling wine
Produced from Sorbara Lambrusco grapes, excellent quality. Sparkling rosé with little persistent froth and perlage. Velvety bouquet, ripe fruit mix. Dry flavor, hints of violet and blueberries, sparkling, pleasantly drinkable, in the finish good persistence. Alcohol content 11.00% vol.
