Characteristics of the wine
Marcello Lambrusco Dry produced from Lambrusco grapes a great quality wine. Marked ruby red color, excellent noisy and not very persistent mousse, fine perlage. Rich and fruity inviting bouquet, mix of ripe fruit. In the mouth excellent alcohol 10,50 % vol. Captivating sparkling wine, medium sweet, fresh, pleasantly easy to drink, good persistence in the finish.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
Appetizers in general, Parma ham, pasta dishes, tortellini, soup, stews, fish soup with tomato and black pepper, Parmesan cheese, dried fruit, bagels, scaldatelli of Puglia.
Uncork immediately before serving, and serve in goblet Burgundy, the temperature of service between 11 - 13°C.
