Sommelier:
The graspaorosi has a froth purple that is the hat of a wine, deep ruby red colour and reflections of violet. Originally the pulp of a fruit, soft and spicy, and it excels in power and force in this sparkling wine, with purple alcohol that it supports. The scent is a complex mix of ripe red fruits, accompanied by a note of freshness, enhanced by fine bubbles.
In the mouth dry, the fruity notes, accompanied by the freshness and effervescence are well-balanced by a tannin mild. The graspaoro in the final product is a balanced and fine.
Food pairings:
Aperitif with toasted bread and cherry Tomatoes, artichokes, grilled, carbonara, red meat, argentine, zucchini in batter and fried, risotto with asparagus, salads of fennel; asparagus frittata, artichokes in the oven,
