This Lambrusco, with its powerful structure, pairs perfectly with fine international meats and is also an excellent wine for all meals, especially with traditional Modena cuisine.
Sommelier's Opinion
A great wine made from a blend of Lambrusco grapes, ruby red in color, with excellent lively foam and fine perlage. An inviting, rich and fruity aroma, a blend of ripe fruit. Excellent alcohol content on the palate, 11.50% vol. A captivating, sparkling wine, medium-dry, fresh, pleasantly drinkable, with a good lingering finish.
