Why do I recommend Gutturnio Frizzante DOC VECE
The VECE Gutturnio Frizzante is a charismatic sparkling red wine, produced with prestigious hand-selected Barbera and Croatina grapes from Carpaneto Piacentino hills. It has a delicate structure and a vivid colour, with its sparkling nature emitting fruity and spiced aromas with each and every bubble. The VECE Gutturnio Frizzante is ideal for those who love a red wine with a touch of uniqueness.
The Sommelier:
Produced using the Charmat method, the VECE Gutturnio Frizzante delights both the eye and the palate with a bold ruby red appearance and a structured bouquet of fruity and woody notes. Simultaneously smooth and effervescent, it perfectly combines the charisma of a red wine with the delicacy of being sparkling. Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Recommended pairings:
In its sparkling variation, the VECE Gutturnio Frizzante is well paired with cured meats and cold cuts from Piacenza, the origin of its grapes. It is also the ideal accompaniment for grilled meat and dishes with ingredients fresh from the ground. Best served between 14-16°C alongside your meal.
Wine Cellar:
Vino Vece is a family company based in the province of Parma in Emilia Romagna, a region where food and wine are treasured by locals and tourists alike. With generations of experience producing wine using their traditional family method, a few years ago they decided to branch out and put a name to the product, launching Vino Vece!
