Produced from Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes, this sparkling wine is pink in color with violet notes, clear and easy to drink. Light, low in alcohol (11.00% vol), with a fading foam. On the nose, a fragrant fruity aroma, ripe grapes, strawberries, and raspberries; on the palate, it is savory, dry and fresh, with good persistence, a balanced and harmonious wine.
