What is Lambrusco Amabile?
A refreshing and natural product, easy to drink, that everyone will love. Don't miss out on it in your fridge; always keep a small supply.
Sommelier Opinion
A sparkling wine with a ruby red color with garnet highlights, fine perlage, and abundant, lively, and evanescent foam. Alcohol content of 10% ABV makes it easy to drink.
A delicate aroma of ripe fruit and grape jam, cherry and blueberry jam. On the palate, it's refreshed by a hint of acidity and a silky, enveloping smoothness; the flavor is sweet, rounded, and mellow.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Suggestions
Lambrusco Grasparossa Amabile di Zanasi is versatile, delicate on asparagus risotto, lasagna, and crepes, as well as with zucchini flowers, asparagus frittata, baked artichokes, and zampone (stuffed pig's trotter) and lentils. Not recommended for sweet baked goods. Uncork and serve generously at 12-14°C in a Tulipano glass.
