Why I suggest Anita Aleatico Dolce Spumante Rosè Lazio IGP

Pleasant aleatico rosé, fruity and pleasant aroma.

The Sommelier: Cherry rose, not very clear with an effervescence characterized by fine grain, numerous and persistent bubbles. Sufficiently intense on the nose, it offers only a few fruity and floral notes, with red fruits (cherry and berries). In the mouth it is sweet and not very warm (just 6% Vol.), but soft. It is not very fresh and tasty, essentially sufficiently intense, harmonious and persistent. Mature wine.

Recommended pairings: Fish courses, with seafood linguine, mixed frying, risottos: seafood, with asparagus, with four cheeses, seafood salads, courgette flowers and many battered and fried vegetables and greens, pizza, panzerotti, dried fruit .

Uncork and serve at a temperature between 8 - 10°C, in a Renano/Chardonnay glass
