The winemaker recommends Paladin Moscato
One of the great, historical names in the world of both grapes and wines. In fact, the grapes Muscat (Italian Moscato) are among the very few to give wines that are really grape. The Moscato Grapes were the first to be identified and are grown around the Mediterranean for many centuries. Thanks to the grapes from the strong aroma the French define musquè, namely, of musk, the Moscato has always attracted the bees, and almost certainly these were the grapes that the greeks called anathelicon moschaton and Plino il Vecchio uva apiana, (grape of the bees)
Characteristics of Moscato wine Paladin
The Scent of white Moscato grapes, vinified within two hours from the harvest produced a wine of golden yellow color with greenish reflections. Good alcohol for this sparkling wine is 6.50% Vol. Clear and evanescent, with fine perlage. Scent of flowers (wisteria and acacia, intense, ample and persistent.
On the palate the flavor expresses the softness is balanced by a pleasant sweetness. The sip is harmonious, pleasantly citrusy.
Recommended pairings with Moscato wine
