Characteristics of the Moscato Dolce Losito and Guarini wine
White Moscato grown in the province of Pavia, cryomaceration of the grapes, refermentation in autoclave. With a pale straw yellow color, a light nose, a little fruit, a few flowers but all very soft, evanescent. Very light in the mouth, very little alcohol (4.5 °), round, low acidity and not very savory, sweet.
