Why Moscato D'Asti DOCG is liked
The most beautiful thing you can drink all summer. From sustainable viticulture, followed by manual harvesting, soft pressing of the bunches, each phase has the objective of bringing to the bottle, preserving and transmitting to the glass the balance and harmony of the wine obtained in the vineyard.
Sensory Profile
The Moscato D'Asti DOCG 2025 has a beautiful floral smell and a light aromatic nuance. Consistency in the glass and tiny bubbles like small golden strings. On the palate: fresh peach, sweet lychee syrup, fragrant green grass, prickly bubbles and a discreet underlying acidity. It is sweet as hell, but still fresh enough to make it a good pleasant glass.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
Excellent Moscato for aperitifs, desserts, even with dark chocolate.
Uncork and serve at a temperature of 8 - 10°C in a Renano glass.
The Story of Carlin de Paolo Four Generations of Passion.
The winery's name is a proud tribute to its founder, grandfather Carlo (known as "Carlin"), Paolo's son. He blazed the trail, cultivating the first vineyards with a simple yet rigorous philosophy: listening to nature and following its rhythms. Today, the fourth generation of the family upholds this precious legacy, combining ancient knowledge with modern winemaking technologies to bring the purest expression of the Piedmont terroir to the glass.
