Why the winemaker recommends Vietti Moscato d'Asti
Very, very interesting Moscato... you can feel the care, the sweetness is not too exuberant and not cloying, sour but silky, very well executed, in two words the finesse of this wine is to be remembered.
Characteristics of Moscato di Vietti wine
Vietti style wine, opulent, sweet; but with good tension, fresh, fruity with hints of aromatic herbs and a balsamic note that increases its complexity. Nice perlage, pineapple, dried grapes, kiwi. Behind La Spinetta but not by much.
Recommended pairings for this Moscato d'Asti wine
Perfect as an aperitif; with fruit dessert; perfect to accompany creamy desserts and a good panettone.
Uncork a Moscato d'Asti and serve at a temperature of 14°-15°C in a Tulipano glass.
