Why I suggest Spumante Rosè Brut
Pinot Nero and Chardonnay from the Abbazia and Recantina estate from the Tenuta Aria Valentina, located on the southern slope of Montello.
Characteristics of the sparkling wine
Sparkling wine Rosé Giusti pale pink color and a bouquet of sweet sorbet. On the palate a nice mousse with a small strawberry but rather unbalanced and too sweet. Taste: fresh, soft and with a good creaminess, focused on the immediacy of drinking and characterized by notes of pomegranate, unripe cherry and raspberry.
