Characteristics of Prosecco wine

The sparkling Prosecco DOC De Stefani obtained from Glera di Valdobbiadene grapes in the D.O.C. Prosecco. Straw yellow colored wine, clear and brilliant, good alcohol content 11.00% vol. and residual sugars. The nose releases a fruity aroma of apple and floral nuances. In the mouth the taste is dry and sapid, overall harmonic.
