Why the oenologist recommends De Stefani Prosecco Frizzante DOC
Classic sparkling wine of Prosecco di Valdobbiadene. The fermentation at controlled temperatures of the Glera grape must enhances the aromaticity of the Prosecco wine, resulting in a soft dry wine with good freshness.
Characteristics of Prosecco wine
The sparkling Prosecco DOC De Stefani obtained from Glera di Valdobbiadene grapes in the D.O.C. Prosecco. Straw yellow colored wine, clear and brilliant, good alcohol content 11.00% vol. and residual sugars. The nose releases a fruity aroma of apple and floral nuances. In the mouth the taste is dry and sapid, overall harmonic.
