What is Prosecco Millesimato Brut
100% Glera, a pure and not cloying prosecco. In the mouth it is fresh and drinkable.
Sommelier:
Veiled straw yellow, medium persistent perlage, slight hints of apple, butter and bread crust on the nose, high acidity on the palate, low alcohol, medium-low body, short finish. Good acidity and permanence of the bubble. The sparkling method is interesting.
