Barbian Red Fermo IGP, the blend of Merlot, Cabernet and Lambrusco grapes, still, bright red wine, the sense of smell perceives aromas of pomegranate and cherry. With a dry taste, it is soft, velvety, with a good persistence in the finish.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
The Barbian Fermo Ariola prefers to combine native cured meats such as mariola, Parma ham and coppa di testa. Excellent on fresh stuffed pasta, ravioli, tortelloni, pasta calzone stuffed with spiced tomatoes, mixed boiled meats, braised meats.
