The Merlot Paladin IGT Eastern Veneto Merlot is one of the most prized and widespread grape varieties: In many areas the grape variety expresses peaks of true excellence. Paladin has carefully selected the most suitable clones for its terroir and created a very pleasant and inviting Merlot, perfect for lovers of Veneto red wine.

Characteristics of Merlot wine Paladin

Produced exclusively from Merlot grapes, the wine has a brilliant ruby red color with a ruby rim. Wine of great personality, medium consistency, alcohol content 12.50% vol, clear. On the nose a vinous scent, with intense notes of violet and ripe red fruit. Fresh dry, soft taste, with a sufficient dose of tannins, balanced and persistent in the finish.

Recommended pairings with Merlot red wine Veneto

Merlot Veneto Paladin with spaghetti alla chitarra with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, we also recommend it with grilled meats and platters of cheeses and cold cuts.
