Why the winemaker recommends Prosecco Rosé
It is a delicate, elegant sparkling wine that embodies the terroir of San Pietro di Feletto, where Sorelle Bronca cultivates its grapes using primarily manual methods and integrated pest management. It is crafted from a blend of 90% hillside Glera and 10% Pinot Noir; the grapes are hand-harvested into crates and vinified using sequential soft pressing of whole clusters. The secondary fermentation follows the traditional Martinotti Method, with a minimum of two months of lees contact that lends the wine structure and persistence.
Characteristics of Prosecco Rosé Brut Millesimato
It displays a soft yet distinct pink hue, accompanied by a persistent foam and a delicate perlage. The nose is elegant and rich, offering floral and fruity expressions with notes of rose and redcurrant. On the palate, it unfolds smoothly and vertically, featuring a tangy, fragrant persistence that highlights its freshness. Discover other Prosecco wines in our selection.
