Characteristics of the Cabernet wine:

Produced only from Cabernet grapes from the Paladin vineyards, the red wine of the Veneto region, bright ruby with a ruby edge. Wine of great personality, medium consistency, alcohol content 12.50% vol, clear. On the nose a vinous perfume, with intense notes of violet and red fruit. Fresh dry, soft taste, with a good dose of tannins, balanced and persistent in the finish.
