This rare Cabernet Sauvignon ''Irenèo'' is an excellent example of what this eclectic grape can offer on any terroir. Fermentation takes place in steel, giving the wine a fresh and pure character that fits perfectly with the Colli Euganei DOC territory. This cabin is a very deep Veneto red with a great quality of tannins, good acidity and freshness and a very long and complex aftertaste. A serious red!!
Characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon Colli Euganei DOC wine:
Chewable, full and dense wine! Impenetrable, ethereal, smoked pepper, ripe red and black fruit, pepper, eucalyptus and balsamic vinegar, cocoa and jam. In closing minerality. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and sapid, with tannins still vigorous and a little sharp, but well integrated and pleasant, which counterbalance the alcohol. Great discovery Cabernet Sauvignon Irenèo.
