Sommelier: From Prepotto, land of Schioppettino but also this Cabernet Franc is not bad! Bright ruby red, the herbaceous notes are evident but without being pungent, therefore blackberries and berries, blueberries and dark spices on the palate presents delicate tannins, great freshness and flavor. The herbaceous note is also found on the palate, together with the small red fruits, a sip of good smoothness, refreshing, discreet elegance despite the rustic nature of the grape, good persistence.
