Why the winemaker recommends Cabernet Sauvignon
Historic grape variety of French origin, well adapted to the Dolomite terroir. Rich bouquet and great personality, aged in large oak barrels for 14 months makes it elegant.
Sensory Profile
Produced from pure Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, bright ruby red color. Consistent wine and good alcohol content, 12.50% vol. Spicy perfume on the nose; full, robust flavor with a good dose of tannins, persistent finish.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines
Cabernet Sauvignon typical wine for game meat, red meat: roast suckling pig, lamb, meat sauce, rabbit alla cacciatora. Polenta with red radicchio and grilled hamburger.
Uncork and serve at 16 - 18° C in a Tulip glass.
