Why the winemaker recommends Riserva Leoncorno

Selected vineyards in the Mezzocorona area, a healthy land for harmonious and excellent red wines, the Teroldego del Trentino or the Tyrolean Gol Gold of Tyrol remains the prince of wine by definition. Grown in a Trentino pergola, with careful selection of the bunches before the harvest, it allows an excellent concentration of sugars and extracts. The wines ferment in steel tanks and subsequently in large oak barrels.

Leoncorno Teroldego Rotaliano DOC Superiore Riserva 2022 by Cantina Endrizzi only Teroldego grapes, the color of the wine is deep ruby red. Excellent alcohol content 13.00% vol. Scent of chocolate, plum and red fruits; Velvety taste, rightly tannic, persistent finish.

Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines

Excellent Leoncorno with Argentine meat, on aged cheeses, roast pork, polenta, grilled lamb, ravioli with meat sauce, game.

Uncork and pour into decantar before serving at a temperature of 18° C in large Ballon glass.
