Why the winemaker recommends De Stefani Kreda Refosco Veneto 2021

The research into pedoclimatic adaptation of the Refosco Veneto plants has made it possible to plant Refosco vines from the peduncle in soil with a high quality of "Kreda" clay from the Veronese dialect, allowing for an improvement which was highlighted in the wine. Optimizing and improving the degree of concentration of the sugars released and the complex structure of the wine.

Characteristics of Kreda De Stefani wine

Kreda Refosco 2021 De Stefani fine Veneto red wine, aged in barrel for a medium-long period. Wine with good structure, personality and consistency; and allows it to be long-lived and to reach the peak of maximum quality starting from the 15th year after the harvest.
