Why I suggest Soler Veneto IGT 2019
De Stefani wines have a manufacturing production that distinguishes itself from the wines of the same category. The already rich Cabernet Sauvignon is in blend with Merlot and Carmenere, while the Refosco and Marzemino come from a drying of the grapes, and guarantee a pleasant complexity in the structure. Dry red wine, typical of the production area, Fossalta del Piave farm Le Ronche and Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The characteristic is immediately recognized, supported by the body.
Sommelier:
Soler De Stefani a garnet-red product, a wine with a great structure, personality and consistency; the alcohol content is slightly higher than 13.50% vol. On the nose complex tertiary aromas, predominant ripe fruit, touch on the palate is velvety and soft, good dose of tannins, persistent the finish.
Suggested pairings:
Pasticcio with meat sauce, grilled pork and polenta, grilled red radicchio trevigiano, guitar troccoli with lamb sauce, oven-baked rabbit with yellow potatoes of Zapponeta, guinea-fowl in casserole, vegetable and paw stew of pork, tasty cheeses.
Uncork Soler Veneto IGT 2019 and serve sparingly at 16 - 18 ° C. in the Ballon cup.
