De Stefani wines have a productive manufacturing process that stands out from wines of the same category. The already rich Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with Merlot and Carménère, while the Refosco and Marzemino come from a drying of the grapes, and guarantee a pleasant complexity in structure. Dry red Veneto wine, typical of the production area, Fossalta del Piave Le Ronche farm and in Conegliano Valdobbiadene. The characteristic is immediately recognisable, supported by the body.

Complex tertiary aromas on the nose, ripe fruit predominates, the touch on the palate is velvety and soft, a good dose of tannins, a persistent finish.
