Vènis Sauvignon Blanc produced by Cantine De Stefani, a lively aromatic and fragrant wine. Veneto dry white wine, typical in its production area at the Le Ronche farm. The characteristic of this Sauvignon Blanc is immediately recognizable, dictated by herbaceous notes of musk and green fruits.
Characteristics of Vènis De Stefani wine
Sauvignon Blanc De Stefani is a brilliant straw-yellow wine. The consistency in the glass confirms an alcohol content that averages between 12.50 - 14% vol. The nose is definitely aromatic with notes of citrus and elderberry, in the mouth the palate perceives it with a broad and important flavor and good minerality.
Recommended pairings with Sauvignon Blanc wine
Ideal with vegetarian and vegan dishes, such as julienne zucchini, salads with fennel; imaginative salads that combine fruit and vegetables. With asparagus or artichoke risotto, herb tortelli, oven-baked asparagus frittata.
