Why the winemaker recommends Belvento Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT 2023

100% Cabernet Sauvignon 6000 vines/ha and yield of 80 quintals/ha. 12 months of aging partly in barriques and partly in large barrels. Very "vinous". Young Cabernet that can be drunk with pleasure. Good as a table wine, an honest wine, well made and without major defects and above all a competitive price.

Cabernet Sauvignon Toscana IGT Belvento from the second line of the Petra company. Limpid and transparent ruby red wine, on the nose ripe black fruit almost like black plum jam, fresh vegetables and spicy notes after a little oxygenation the bitter notes of licorice emerge. In the mouth a warm wine with a soft dry body and fresh with that touch of flavor typical of the wines of the area. A predictable not fully ripe tannin, ready wine paired with courses of pasta filled with meat.

Suggested pairings with Toscana IGT red wine
