Why I suggest Pink of the Woods IGP
... for taste and for the soul.
The Sommelier: The Rosa di Bosco Nestore is produced mainly from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, the pink color has violet notes. Characteristics of the Bosco Nestore rosé are conferred by the area of origin, on clayey-calcareous soils giving the wine a balanced acidity and a marked sapidity. Pleasantly fruity and with marked hints of cherry, strawberry red plum and on the palate it is fresh and persistent.
Suggested pairings: Fish soup, we suggest Monkfish with baked potatoes, Steamed Salmon, Crazy water cod, excellent aperitif with cold cuts and fresh cheese starters.
Uncork at the moment and serve at a temperature of 12-14 ° C in a Tulipano glass.
Winery: As in the high military representatives, we give honor to the Bosco Winery. 120 years have passed since the laying of the first stone by the young wine-grower Giovanni Bosco ... go to the file.
