Why the oenologist recommends Di Sipio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 2022
Ancient "white" winemaking technique to produce a solid rosé that is more robust than the average rosé wine. Beautiful strawberry and red cherry, fruit and light body with soft tannins. It goes well with a variety of foods (including Chinese) and has an interesting almond note on the nose.
Characteristics of this Cerasuolo red wine
Of a pinkish color tending to red, slightly yellow nail. Nose of red fruit and vanilla, blueberries. On the palate it is astringent, with a good structure and lots of vanilla. Almost a light red, the passage in wood is very characterizing and adds a lot, without being excessive.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo red wine
